We plan to go after LATAM market on top of US doctor market. With our bilingual founder we have something our competitors don’t: ability to also market to all 20 Spanish-speaking countries in LATAM. Why? It’s an underserved market in AI. No one in SaaS is going after them, so CAC will be a fraction of US as there are no keyword competitors. There are 2.1M doctors and dentists in the 20 Spanish-speaking countries in LATAM + Spain, and roughly 650K–850K clinic/practice locations — roughly double the U.S. — and barely anyone is going after them in their native language. The TAM is ~$2.5B for those 20 countries.
